With 74 years of combined legal experience, we understand divorce, legal separation, spousal support, child support, child custody, third party custody, relocation, and modifications.
We walk you through the process of authenticating a last will and testament by locating and determining the value of the decedent's assets, paying final bills and taxes, and distributing the estate to beneficiaries.
We assist you in arranging the management and disposal of your estate both during your life and after death. At Burke, we focus on minimizing gift taxes, estate taxes, generation skipping transfer tax, and income tax.
Before going to court, think about using our mediators to resolve disputes. Our goal is to negotiate agreeable settlements between parties. You do not need representation before going to mediation.
We facilitate clients through every step of the Social Security Disability Appeals Process so that they can receive injury rewards or government benefits to which they are legally entitled.
From the initial Request for Reconsideration to the Appeals Council, we provide support and representation at every point along the way for those who are disabled and cannot work.
Nobody wants a divorce war. We value taking a more amicable approach to Family Law. Our Collaborative Attorneys have extensive training in this practice, committed to it's advantages by prohibiting court intervention and perhaps saving the client money.
Our main focus in trial litigation is to shed light on the factual information in a case and display it to the court in a way that will best serve the client. Every member of the Burke team has attention to detail, conducts extensive preparation, and excellent analytic and strategic skills.
Our GALs will represent the best interests of a child or incapacitated person involved in a Superior Court case. Treating the parties with respect, we conduct investigations efficiently, obtaining relevant information on the case and filing a GAL report in a timely matter.
We understand our client's needs. Our responsive, experienced, and compassionate staff will get you over the legal hurdles in front of you. Every case is different. We believe settlement prior to trial is a very real possibility and we are with you every step of the way.
Initial consultations are provided at a reduced rate of $100.00 for 45 minutes. Payment taken at time of appointment. Social Security Disability Income consults are free.
Mediation services are provided at a rate of $250.00 per hour, typically split among parties. Call our office to schedule mediation today.
