John Burke
John Burke emphasizes Collaborative Family Law and Estate Planning in his practice. Prior to founding this law firm, he had been with the law firm of Reed & Giesa PS, after graduating with honors (magna cum laude) from Gonzaga University School of Law. In addition to his legal education and experience, John brings a depth of “real life” understanding not typical of an attorney. Prior to attending law school, John worked for many years in business while raising his family. This expansive level of "real world" experience helps him identify with and focus on the needs of his clients.

Patty L. Grossman
Patty is "Of Counsel" with the firm, meaning that she a is very experienced attorney who works independent of the other attorneys in the firm. She has represented individuals in a broad spectrum of legal issues, always strongly advocating for their rights under the law. She has also recently expanded her practice into the area of Collaborative Law for family law issues, such as divorce. Over the years Patty’s passion for representing people and solving problems and giving voice to positions where no voice was heard before has led her to become an active member in several community organizations. She also has experience as a real estate broker and substance abuse counselor.

Kelly Padgham
Kelly practices in family law, estate planning, and collections. She prides herself on being attentive and responsive to the needs of her clients. While she tries to find quick solutions for hers clients to minimize legal costs for her lients, she is also a strong litigator if a settlement cannot be reached. She has strong ties to the community and frequently volunteers her time to a wide variety of community organizations.
